Privacy
This page explains how the Sovelyx website handles information. It covers the public website and its email contact handoff, not the separate practices of any Sovelyx software product or client engagement.
Information you choose to provide
The website does not submit or store contact-form details on a Sovelyx server. When you complete the form, your browser prepares a message for your own email application. You decide whether to send it.
Hosting and technical logs
The services used to deliver the website may process standard technical logs, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. These logs support website delivery, reliability, and protection.
Analytics and marketing tracking
The first release does not load optional analytics or marketing trackers. If optional measurement tools are introduced later, they will remain blocked until any required consent has been recorded.
Email correspondence
If you email Sovelyx, the information in your message is used to understand and respond to your inquiry, maintain the correspondence, and take steps you request. Your email provider and the receiving email service process that message under their own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send the prepared email. You may also ask about personal information contained in direct correspondence, or request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to information that must be retained for security, record-keeping, or other applicable obligations.
Privacy questions
For a privacy question or request about this website or direct correspondence, email service@sovelyx.com. Please describe the information or interaction your request concerns.
