Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Sovelyx websites, applications, browser extensions, plugins, accounts, APIs, and hosted services that link to this policy, including Clip2Notion and ProposalCue - AI Proposals. Different products may process different types of information. Any material product-specific differences will be described in the relevant product or in-app notice.

Depending on the product and the features you use, we may process account and identity information such as your email address, Google sign-in identifier, profile details, authentication records, and account preferences; content and product activity that you choose to submit or create; usage, plan, quota, entitlement, and transaction-reference information; technical information such as IP address, device or browser information, application version, timestamps, locale, crash information, and security logs; and information you provide when contacting support. Clip2Notion may process webpage content and metadata that you ask it to capture, summarize, organize, or send to Notion. ProposalCue - AI Proposals may process customer briefs, customer needs, concerns, service names, selling points, prices, industries, follow-up context, generated proposals, edits, and saved history.

We use information to provide, authenticate, operate, and secure our products; generate, save, synchronize, and display the content you request; enforce usage limits, plans, and quotas; process subscriptions or purchases through the payment provider shown at checkout; provide customer support and respond to privacy requests; detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems; maintain and improve reliability and product functionality; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When you request an AI-assisted operation, the relevant content is sent over HTTPS to our server and to the AI provider configured for that operation. We send only the information needed to complete the requested operation. AI provider credentials and service keys are kept on our servers and are not included in the application. Clip2Notion sends content to Notion only after you authorize the connection and request that operation. We may use hosting, database, authentication, email, support, analytics or security, AI, Notion, and payment service providers to operate the requested service. These providers receive only the information needed for their role. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer briefs or captured webpage content for advertising.

When paid features are enabled, payment details are handled by the payment provider presented at checkout, such as Google Play Billing, Waffo, or another authorized provider, as applicable. We receive transaction references, payment status, and plan or entitlement information. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, prevent fraud, provide support, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records, or comply with law. You may delete your account through the available in-app account controls. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your account and saved user content from active systems when no longer needed. Backups, security logs, billing records, and legally required records may follow separate retention periods.

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and salted password hashing where passwords are used. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of information associated with your account. You may also revoke a Notion authorization through the relevant product or Notion. For privacy questions or requests, contact service@sovelyx.com.

Information may be processed and stored in the operating regions of our service providers and may be transferred across borders where necessary to provide and secure the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our products or data practices change. The “Last updated” date shows when this policy was most recently revised.
